The production process of PE protective film can be divided into the following two stages according to the temperature

1. Heating stage

On the premise of ensuring that the PE protective film blank is not affected by steam, as long as the steam is continuously and uniformly fed into the curing chamber for 1-1.5 hours, the heating time should be shortened as much as possible.

For example, under the humid and hot condition of 96-100°C, the constant temperature time in spring and autumn is 8 hours, in summer it is 7 hours, and in winter it is 10 hours. In the cooling stage, when the production volume is large and the solidification chamber space is insufficient, the door of the solidification chamber should be opened and a rapid cooling method should be adopted, which will increase the temperature difference stress between the solidification chambers. The surface and inside of the PE protective film will tension the surface and easily form micro-cracks. Therefore, the cooling rate must be controlled, and the cooling rate should not exceed 10°C per 30 minutes; the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor curing should not be greater than 30°C, and the finished PE protective film can be indoors.

2. Constant temperature table

The constant temperature stage is an important stage in which the strength of the green body increases due to hydration and hydrothermal synthesis. With the extension of the constant temperature time, more and more hydrates accumulate and the intensity becomes faster and faster. However, when the constant temperature reaches a certain time, the increase in intensity begins to slow down. Different ratios of raw materials, different production processes, produced from aerated billets, have corresponding optimal constant temperature times.
